We represent applicants before the Israeli Patent Office, in all matters regarding Patents, Designs and Trademarks.
Contact us for a fixed price proposal for simple operations- such as filing an application, payment of fees, checking status and taking over representation.
We can help you to accelerate regustration, if applicable, divide applications, broaden registration and file requests for compliance with the law of parallel registrations granted.
We file and process applications in Israel, either in Hebrew or English; or translate into one of these languages.
We also provide more complex services, such as objecting to the registration of applications, meeting with the examiners at the Israel Patent Office in Jerusalem and filing requests for changes in the IP Register.

PCT National Stage in Israel Filing patent application in Israel, National stage (National Phase) from PCT.
Guidelines:
1. The time limit for entering either Chapter I or Chapter II national Phase in

2. Application can be filed in Hebrew or English. If it is in another language, then a verified translation into English should be filed.
3. If a specific Power Of Attorney is provided, then the originally signed
POA is required as well.
4. If there are any ammendments, changes or declarations (such as of additional
priority documents) not appearing at the WIPO website then those are required
as well.
5. If you wish to make amendments, such as in the claims, then it may be
possible to file the amended application.
6. Inventions which currently cannot be patented in Israel according to the
Commissioner's Decisions: Business Methods and Computer Programs per se
(Similar to the limits under EPO). Methods for treatment of the Human Body
cannot be patented by Law.Below deposit payment
