Novel instruments for patenting

Nowadays it's more difficult to get patents granted: the patenting system is worldwide; the patents examiner reviews prior art worldwide; there are tens of millions of patents, and the number is growing fast. Patent laws become more and more complex; there are complex invention, such as in telecom, software and internet, electronics, mobile applications. And there are inventions for simple devices, which have to compete with a multitude of simple devices in prior art.

Novel instruments were developed at our patent attorney office, specifically to cope with these challenges in patenting. These instruments facilitate the work of the patent attorney as well as the cooperation with the inventor and the patents examiner.

Using these methods, we succeeded in achieving patent grant within two years from filing the patent application, or even within one year- not always, of course.

Success in achieving patent grant within two years or one year

The lifetime of a patent is at most up to 20 years from filing the patent application; therefore, the sooner you get a patent granted, the longer the period you can benefit and profit from the patent protection.
It's easier to pass the examination if the process is accelerated.

Patentics

The Patentics method uses scientific tools to process patents. The method was developed at our Office.

Patentics was approved for use at the Nazareth District Court when Marc was invited to present an expert opinion before the Court.

Your patent application may include several embodiments of the invention, each embodiment possibly including novel subsystems. Others' patents may also include a multitude of variants. How to compare the inventions? How to select, among the possible implementations in your invention, those which don't collide with the prior art?
For example, patenting may involve complex logical processing, difficult to perform in one's head, manually so to speak.

Patentics assists the patent attorney in addressing these and other challenges, also to process results of patent searches or during examination or during post-grant proceedings.
